We create our Ponzu Shōyu Agrodolce by reducing premium rice vinegar and True cane sugar along with soy sauce, seaweed (Kombu) and yuzu juice to produce a not too sweet, not too sour flavorful syrup. A condiment that balances sweetness and bright acidity, this extremely versatile syrup wakes up most dishes. There are few foods that don’t come to life after a shot of this distinctive blend.
